Yet, tragedy struck the family suddenly when her husband met with an accident and could not work anymore. Yadav had two options – cut back on their expenses and adopt a lifestyle that fit within her limited income or make a drastic change in her earnings so she could manage her family’s requirements with ease.  She chose the latter option and decided to take a step into the world of entrepreneurship. An educated woman with a successful job, a spacious home, and an SUV standing at the roadside and selling food from a food cart was unthinkable for her loved ones. Everyone in her family was aghast at this suggestion. But Yadav soon convinced them and ignored the hollow words of discouragement from around her and got started. Her sheer determination to make extra income for her family often overcame the sweat and heat of the roads as she toiled away cooking for hours on end.
