BondStreet is owned and managed by Brian Evans, a Certified Public Accountant, Investment Advisor Representative and Personal Financial Specialist. We have no corporate parent to tell us which products to push or limit which securities we can offer. We are free to choose any investment in the world’s markets that is right for your portfolio, regardless of brand name or underwriter.

We do not use a Broker-Dealer middle man to purchase our securities; we buy directly from the market, saving us time and our clients a lot of money. By using the top 3 custodians in the U.S. (Fidelity, Schwab and TD Ameritrade) we have access to the entire market through each. This also gives us access to institutional class shares that the retail investor cannot buy, once again saving our clients money on internal fees and transaction costs.

BondStreet is a Wealth Management firm. We are not here to sell you stocks and bonds. Our job is to take your investable assets, put them into the appropriate model portfolio and make your account grow over time to the best of our ability with the least amount of taxes and fees assessed. We’ll do what we do best so that you can spend your time doing the things that you enjoy the most.

We provide Financial Planning, but do not sell Financial Plans. We don’t offer packaged financial plans because they quickly become out-dated and most clients don’t read them anyway. Many firms use free plans as a hook to attract clients, but it is usually just a computer-generated report based on information provided by the client. We find that it is much more helpful to sit down on an ongoing basis with our Investment Advisers who are trained in tax law, estate planning, and investments.

We choose not to accept commissions, another reason we are not affiliated with a Broker-Dealer. We cannot be paid on loads or transactions, so why would we want them charged to our clients? When you pay a load you can lose more on the first day than we charge in management fees for the first 5 years! The more you lose in fees, the less of your money is invested in the market, making it harder for your portfolio to grow. Which means we make less too! Everyone loses with loads - except the stock broker! We use no-load, load-waived and no-transaction fee funds for your, and our, financial health.

We charge a low management fee and still make a good living because we don’t carry the overhead and layers of corporate management the national firms do. We also don’t need to kick back a percentage of our fees like many independents do to their broker-dealers. We’re not greedy, striving for a massive profits like the name brands. We work hard for every dollar we earn, just like our clients do.
