Our Steps of Beginning                                                  

We arranged our company’s Soft Virtual Launch on 25th October, 2020. We were joined by some prolific professionals in the world of work. The panel included Shri. Our first partnership was with Ceipal, where together, we advocated for inclusive job opportunities for women. Then we went on to collaborate with Western Union, one of the most prestigious companies, to accelerate more diverse and inclusive workspaces. Thereafter, we began a partnership with Ernst& Young to empower working women to lead and build a better working world.

Well-Crafted Curations & Events

WEDAY 2021 was an International Women's Day special event focusing on progressing women in the workforce, which we conducted in March 2021. In partnership with Corning, Western Union, Frost Bank, Southlake Texas, MurthyLaw Firm, LiveMindz, and Sound Rama, our first event was successfully conducted. Joining us in these important conversations during the event wereLaura Hill, Honorable Mayor of Southlake, Texas, Sheela Murthy, Founder & President, Murthy Law Firm, Deana Denton, Director of IT (GSM), Corning, Mimi Tran, Vice President, Frost Private Banking, and Harveer Singh, Chief Data Architect & Global Head of Engineering, Western Union! In collaboration with the K Square Group, SheJobs conducted an event focused on women in leadership and technology called SheTech.

Joining us on the SheTech panel was Kamal Kapoor, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Atena, CVS Health, PC Thomas, Business Unit Head Retail (North America), TCS, and Mona Gamble, CIO, TML Health! SheJobs was also a partner at the TEDx Southlake Salon event in Texas. Our founder Swathi was honored to speak on a panel with various professionals on the Power of Identity. Moderating a panel discussion and conference on Virtual Staffing and Recruitment was our founder Swathi. The topic revolved around the stereotypes of women being from Venus. The esteemed speakers we moderated at this panel were Uma S. Devireddy, Krupalu Reddy, Milena Gacheva, and Anitha Reddy!

At the Startup Weekend DFW 2020, competition within the tech-entrepreneurial space, SheJobs had the opportunity to land in the top 4 competitors!
On a panel discussion with TIAA, WBW, and EmployHER, on the topic of"Creating Workforce Opportunities for Women", our founder Swathi Nelabathlarepresented our views on advocating for the women workforce. Our CEO Swathi also represented SheJobs by conducting a virtual workshop on the women workforce with DIAL Global's Founder & CEO, Leila McKenzie-Delis.SheJobs had the honor of being a Solutions Partner at ITServe Synergy, 2021, an annual IT conference held in Dallas.
