Other Michelin-starred restaurants that may catch your fancy are the renowned Le 1947, La Table du Kilimandjaro and Les Airelles.

3.00 pm – With your appetite suitably satiated, you may feel like hitting the slopes again before après ski time, or you might want to opt for an indulgent spa experience at Le Chabichou. Boasting a wide variety of beauty treatments, a multi-sensory pool for toning, a fitness centre and stress relieving area, you won't want to leave. For the more intrepid, there is also an ice fountain, a salt grotto and a sauna. 

8.00 pm – Believe it or not, Courchevel has even more surprises in the culinary department. No visit would be complete without dining at Il Vino. Set up by Enrico Bernardo, who won the title of best sommelier in the world in 2004 when he was just 27, this is a restaurant with a difference. You choose the wine first, and then the chef tailors a special meal just for you. What’s not to love? 

10.00 pm – Join stylish ski bunnies at the most chic nightclub in town. L'Arc Club is sure to wow you with its stunning interior, which looks like it’s been decorated by a high-end designer. 

1.00 am – Kick your shoes off and snuggle up in one of the five-star hotel Cheval Blanc’s beds. Cool, contemporary alpine accommodation doesn’t get any better than this.
