InfoWest a majority owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation

InfoWest Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC), has finalized the purchase of the bulk of assets from SunRiver Fiber Network, which was previously run by Cable Systems of Nevada. This purchase includes all of InfoWest's fiber internet assets as well as subscriber agreements for internet and Voice over IP (VoIP) services, and it significantly enhances InfoWest's existing fiber footprint in St. George, Utah.

Randy Cosby, Co-Founder and COO of InfoWest, expressed enthusiasm for this strategic acquisition, noting the SunRiver Fiber Network's well-designed and constructed characteristics. This acquisition is consistent with InfoWest's growth strategy and emphasizes the company's dedication to providing high-speed fiber internet with a strong emphasis on customer happiness.

SunRiver Fiber Network, which was previously maintained by Cable Systems, has around 2,700 fiber passings and serves approximately 1,000 active fiber customers. In Southern Utah, Nevada, and Colorado, Cable Systems has been delivering high-speed internet, television services, and voice services.
