As a warehouse manager it is essential that you have a good health and safety system in place. Staff Training

Staff should be trained to legally operate all of the equipment, machinery and vehicles that they are using, such as forklift trucks and cargo carriers. There should also be some staff members who are trained in first aid and fire response in the event of an emergency.
