Disease – Gum disease is worse. This is called periodontitis. A dentist should definitely be seen. If not seen by a doctor, this infection can cause sores, bleeding gums, pain. Chewing problems and even tooth decay can occur.

 

To get rid of gum disease-

1) Brush your teeth twice a day with toothpaste.

 2) Floss regularly.

 3) Visit the dentist regularly for teeth cleaning. Tell the dentist about any medical conditions you have and any medications you take

4) Eat balanced food. Eat plenty of healthy vegetables. Don't eat too much food like chocolate, ice cream.

 5) Quit smoking. Smoking increases the risk of gum disease.

How to clean your teeth and gums-

1) There is a right way to brush and floss your teeth.

2) Gently brush all around your teeth with a soft-bristled brush and toothpaste. Change your toothbrush every three to four months.

 3) Hold the brush tightly and brush the teeth in a circular motion.

 4) Take the brush to the inside of the mouth.

 5) Not only the gums should be cleaned, but the tongue should also be cleaned very well.

 6) You can brush your teeth very well with mustard oil, raw turmeric and salt. It also contains natural ingredients that help keep teeth strong.

 7) After every meal, the mouth should be rinsed thoroughly, so that the food does not get stuck in the teeth in any way.
