Lottery Scams In Asia

Recent times have revealed that there are some scams going on in the world. One recent victim who is scared and worried is Deborah who got scammed many times. She was told that she had won a million dollars in a lottery draw. But when time came to cash out the person told her that the bank had deposited the money into a virtual account and that she need to pay some money to withdraw to her home country. This has happened to her more than 5 times and Deborah has given out hope of seeing any “lucky” money windfall coming to her hands. 

So what is the best advice she can give since she has become a victim? Deborah says “it is better not to believe in any scam emails coming to you to inform you that there is a lot of million dollars coming to your bank account. I have paid several deposits but nothing came so i am very disappointed with the usa and nigeria people for doing this to me.”

According to Deborah usa is the city from where the most scam emails come from. Another country which sent several emails was nigeria. Deborah  has stopped checking her emails. 

A police officer named Simon who lives in UK says it is best not to do anything and not pay any money to anyone acting as a bank or a lottery informer. “You never know when he is a cheat.” he revealed as he says asia is aimed as a continent to lure poor people to part with their money. “What guarantee is there that the person is telling the truth or will pay you the money?”

It is better to be safe than sorry. at least you don't pay anything you are safe, that is what authorities are saying and advising people in Asia.
