When I started to research possible trips to Africa, I kept going back to the countries mainly Kenya and Tanzania. Botswana wasn’t even on my radar. Botswana isn’t necessarily the first place that comes into mind when people think of African safari — but I should admit that, Botswana absolutely dazzled me and it is one of the best safari destinations in Africa! From the dry landscapes of the south to the lush Okavanga delta, there are many more attractions you can discover on a Botswana trip. 

Wildlife encounters are the major reason people travel to Botswana. If watching wild elephants roam on your bucket list, then you should check out the popular Chobe National Park. an the one thing I can assure you is that, you don’t need to be rich to experience Botswana and immerse yourself in the middle of the wilderness. Bhutan, Asia

I arrived in Bhutan at the beginning of December in 2017. Bhutan had long been a country of great astonishment for me. It was not as difficult to get to as I had thought. So if you are interested to explore Asian countries, you can check out Bhutan, found in the Himalayas between India and China, a truly magical destination!

From snowcapped mountains to sweeping green forests, there are so many things to see and explore in Bhutan. 10 kilometers to the north of Paro is the popular Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan. Hiking to Tiger’s Nest is definitely one of the best things to do while in Bhutan. It’s not a strenuous hike, and about half of the way up is a wooden teahouse where you can stop for refreshments. If there is anything that prevents you from hiking, you can opt to go up by a horse!

Cyprus, Europe

Cyprus is an island nation with a typical mediterranean climate — warm in winter and cool in summer. Although it’s a small country, you can check out from ancient cities with medieval castles to beaches and museums while you are in Cyprus. It’s also hailed as the place with cleanest sea water in Europe and as a country possessing enchanting natural landscape.

You can check out the Zampelas Art Museum in Nicosia, an amazing Cyprus city filled with fascinating history, delicious cuisine, and highly active streets.
