Can we stay longer on the ground after landing in Kala Patthar or Everest base camp?

With the heavy requests of our past clients, we have increased the ground time from 15-20 mins to 30-40mins which is already more than it should be. There is a high risk of altitude sickness firstly and secondly the helicopter has to stay switched on for the entire period when we are there since there is very low oxygen level and the temperature as well. Therefore, it cannot go beyond that time.
