•    Keep track of the shelf life - Upon purchase, you should already take note of the shelf life of your cartridge. If you have purchased cartridges that could last for two years, make sure you use them after fifteen to eighteen months. Do not let your cartridges stay in the shelf for two years. This is because they could get damaged by then.
