A Few Recipes You Cook For Your Date

Where to eat is always the biggest dilemma while you’re in a relationship

Running out of places to eat and things to do for a date is a very common scenario. At such times, what is it that you can do spice up your relationship? While there are a lot of things that can be done apart from regular movies and dinner, cooking for your date stands out from all of them. Cooking for your partner is considered very romantic and intimate. Even if you stick to basics like tomato soup and not something fancy, it makes your partner feel special. Here’s a list of quick and easy recipes that you can cook for your date.

  1. Tomato Soup: The simple homemade tomato soup is very easy-to-make and delicious. It just requires 3 to 4 ingredients and less than 30 minutes. Making tomato soup involves 3 simple steps. Boil add broth and blend. Use cut pieces of tomatoes in generous quantities, some onions, and additional healthy veggies like carrots and beetroot and boil them together. Once boiled, mash all the contents in another pan and use a sieve to separate soup and the solid remnants. Add water/broth as per requirements and blend the entire thing. Add salt and pepper once done.
  2. Chicken Mughlai: Making a chicken dish in the main course potentially reduces the need for another side dish. Chicken Mughlai is one of the mouth-watering chicken dishes which has a very royal and creamy flavour. This north-indian dish has a very dark onion base gravy and creamy texture. With the use of the right spices and masalas, Chicken Mughlai will taste restaurant-like. With the regular onion base gravy, add cashew paste to the brown onions and it will do the magic. You can also add a side like fish fry masala if you’re a non-veg fanatic.
  3. Peanut butter cookies: Dessert is, of course, the meal which is most looked forward to. But when it comes to making desserts, people often dread it. Surprisingly, making peanut butter kiss cookies requires very little time and even little ingredients. One can never go wrong with the dessert which has peanut butter and Hershey's kisses. All you need to do is beat peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together to make a light fluffy mix. Roll this mixture into small balls and bake them for 10-12 minutes. Post that, immediately, add a kiss on top of the hot cookie and let it cool on the tray for 5 minutes. And voila! These peanut butter kiss cookies will definitely impress your partner.
