Symphonyai Advances Strategic Generative Ai Collaboration With Microsoft For Next-generation Connected Retail

SymphonyAI partners with Microsoft to deploy predictive AI on Azure OpenAI Service for global retailers and CPGs

SymphonyAI has teamed with Microsoft to provide powerful artificial intelligence (AI) software products to retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) firms throughout the world. This partnership, announced at NRF 2024: Retail's Big Show in New York City, makes use of Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for SymphonyAI's predictive and generative enterprise AI SaaS solutions. The purpose is to provide merchants with immediate, in-depth insights, promoting end-to-end retail connectivity.

SymphonyAI's retail solutions leverage deep domain expertise and predictive AI capabilities on Azure to empower merchants to make faster and more successful decisions. The products, which include the newly released Category Manager Copilot and Demand Planner Copilot, are based on retail-specific Language Model (LLM) technology. SymphonyAI seeks to solve retail problems by providing timely and better insights.

The SymphonyAI Category Manager Copilot draws on decades of retail and CPG knowledge to deliver immediate insights into customer merchandising and sales data. The copilot discovers performance-affecting aspects in a product category and recommends appropriate actions by understanding user intent. This enables category managers to make educated decisions more quickly, hence improving category strategy and fulfilling client preferences.
