Colored Contact Lenses Are For Many People

Many people wear prescription contact lenses because they prefer them to the other option of wearing glasses.

When you wear glasses, particularly if you wear them because you need them to read, you have to take them with you wherever you go, and sometimes it is easy to forget them. You also have to take great care not to put them in a pocket or handbag where they might get squashed, even if they are in a case.

With contact lenses it is a completely different matter. You pop them in your eyes first thing in the morning, and that's it. You're not going to forget them, and they are not going to suffer any damage. What's more, nobody knows that you are wearing them but you.

However, today contact lenses have developed into something of a fashion accessory with the introduction of cheap colored contact lenses that can do all sorts of things to your appearance from giving just a gentle change of color to your eyes to making you look like a completely different person altogether.
